If you would like to become a member of Hearts of Hope please complete our online membership application form. Membership is not limited to Michigan residents. We welcome all families affected by congenital heart defects and parents expecting a child with a heart defect. All members will receive our annual newsletter featuring photos and stories of children, member news, local events, valuable resources, and informational articles.

You will also receive notice of fundraisers, awareness projects, support group meetings, and our annual CHD awareness event in February. Also, upon request, we will use our parent matching services to put you in touch with a family nearby.

Once we have received your completed membership form, we will also invite you to join our online support group where you will be able to post questions, receive tips, and provide support. Also, we will invite you to share a photo and story of your child.

Membership is free; however, we ask that you consider a tax deductible donation. You can donate online (see below) or make your check payable to Hearts of Hope and send to the following address:
